Can not launch Performance Modeler

Hi All,
I am facing an issue where I have configured TM1 server with security mode 5 (TM1 10.1.1, BI 10.1.1)
I am able to access all TM1 clients except Performance modeler. It gives an error 'could not connect to the planning service'.
Enabled logging as per technote, but no logs generated in Performance Modeler logs folder.
What can be done ?
