Did you bother to read the TM1 Rules Guide?

While writing TM1 rules, always wear gloves.

Seriously, you'll need to do a bit more work before soliciting help on this forum. Start with the request for assistance guidelines, then the TM1 rules guide.

Learning rules is a challenging road ahead... my suggestion start with simple model and calculations, read the guide and then ask questions if you are stuck...
