Downloading Fix packs

Hi,
i have problem to download any fix pack...
for example, i am trying to download fix pack for cognos express 10.1 and i get several days this error:

Gen.OperationFailed
[string: null]
Complete the above step.
If the error occurs again, use the Feedback link to open a Feedback form.
Include the following information on the form.
The URL for this page
The date and time when you received the error
The error message

any idea?

It's an IBM site, there is nothing any of us can do as we have nothing to do with IBM.

Hi,

The Fix Central site is now working for me. This morning I received the same error message. Maybe you have to sign in with your IBM ID first.
