TM1/Cognos Workspace (BI) Interop Issues

We are experiencing an issue with TM1 and Cognos Workspace (not Cognos Workspace Advanced) interoperability. Specifically, we have users save workspaces with multiple tabs that show TM1Web views. Initially, these work fine, but intermittently users will log back into Cognos Workspace at a later time and when the TM1Web views attempt to render, they just show a "Loading" dialog and never actually load. Trying back at a later time or as a different user, these same workspaces render this content without issue.

I have reviewed the tm1_contribution.atom file on both servers and they match. The Variables_Tm1.xml files on both app servers have the appropriate entries as well.

In addition, we have found that Perspectives web views published to TM1Web and subsequently made part of a Cognos Workspace won't render unless once clicks on the Action Button in the Widget window and click restart.

I'm trying to pass the buck here but have you tried calling IBM support? Have you also checked the known issue list?
