Hi,
I have installed TM1 10.1 on a single machine (Win 7.1 ).
I successfully did all the steps given in this forum to configure and get Operations Console up and running.
But after adding Operations Group(Development), then AdminHost (localhost) an then TM1 server(sdata)............. my TM1 server is not able to connect when I double click on it.
Its giving ERROR: Could not connect to server
Sdata is running in Cognos Configuration.
My OpsConfig.xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<ops>
<adminhost name="localhost">
<server name = "SData">
<group>Monitor</group>
</server>
</adminhost>
</ops>
Please suggest.

Re: TM1 Operations Console : Tm1 server could not connect
Google "none of the servers are contactible" and tm1 operations console leads to this:

Have you tried adding the certificates?

Thanks for the reply Declanr.
I have implemented all the steps given in the link you provided.
After that only I was successfully able to log into TM1 Operations Console.
But after logging into it , and then adding server ..... its giving error when I try to connect to server.

Re: TM1 Operations Console : Tm1 server could not connect
I remember when I set this up a while ago that I just specified "localhost" for the admin server in the config file and that allowed me to log in BUT when I tried adding it in within the actual console I needed to use the actual IP address for the Admin Host for it to work, where specifying "localhost" just kept telling me it couldn't connect.TF34375 wrote:Thanks for the reply Declanr.

Re: TM1 Operations Console : Tm1 server could not connect
thanksssss declanr ....
Spot on....
I specified my IP address when adding ADMINHOST under OPERATION GROUP.
Then after adding IP address as Adminhost, I added the TM1 server name (SData).
It worked.

@declanr
Can you provide us again the documentation how to install and configure the operations console.
That would be great.
I was looking for tha, but could not find it.
Thanks in advance
