Error installing samples in IBM Cognos Express 10.1

Hi All
I am encountering issues in the installation of the samples databases in IBM Cognos Express 10.1.0
I'm running the system on a server with Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1x64, 4GB RAM and 60GB hard drive. This is a VM.
Following the installation guide I have installed the IBM Cognos Express Manager and installed the four products:- Advisor, Planner, Reporter and Xcelerator.
I've noted that to install the samples I need to unzip the samples.zip file from my downloaded software folder, and unzip them into the installationpath/cognos express folder and run the restoreIDS_samples.bat file, however, even when running this file "as administrator", the command prompt fails, erroring with file errors asking me to check that all files within the samples.zip file have been extracted.
I have checked and all have been, I've also checked permissions for the folders.
I've even added manually the folders he .bat is looking for but still no success. I've attached a screenshot.
Has anyone seen this before ?
Cheers
Ajay
