Server Status Column Missing in One Environment

All, I have two TM1 environments set up, the first - DEV - was set up originally with 10.1.1, then FP 10.1.1 was applied. QA was set up with 10.1.1, FP 10.1.1, then configured for use. In the attached ppt, you will notice that the DEV instance is missing the "Server Status" column. If I attempt to add or edit, a 'null' box will appear as an additional field, but does not really allow proper editing. I have turned on debugging and found a javascript error when attempting to get the information for the status of the server.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Have a fix?
