Cube to Cube Drill in Excel - Active Form created

I have set up a cube to cube drill, which works great, but when you drill from Excel it takes ages and mostly hangs.
It seems to hang because it’s creating an Active Form.
I have searched the forum and it’s a common problem (mostly ver 9.5) , but couldn’t find a solution…
Would love to just “turn-off” the active form when it drills and just show a result.
We have a SQL drill which is MUCH quicker than the new cube to cube drill from Excel (which seems crazy).
Cube viewer to cube viewer is instant.
Any suggestions?
P.S. An action button to another Excel worksheet won't work in this case
