We are trying to configure TM1 Perspective in CITRIX Meta Frame and while loading it shows only XXX in the Menu bar.

Any help to resolve this issue?

Hmmm, the last metaframe presentation server version went end of life at the end of 2009, as far as I can see.

I'm afraid I don't have a solution to your problem, but a Citrix upgrade might be a good idea.

I would look to rename the TM1ribbon.xlam file on the citrix boxes. This will take away the ribbon menu, but allow you to see the old style menu under the add-ins. You may have a compatibility issue, but its hard to tell as ythe version on your profile dont match what you are seeing on the screenshot.

Thank you for your suggestions. This issue has been resolved by upgrading local client tool with Citrix online plugin 12.3.0.8.
