I thougth take your advise and your recommendation on OS platform for TM1 -Windows or Unix
Whether to move from Windows to Unix or from Unix to Windows.
Please advise.

I suppose this is a serious question? If it is then my serious answer would be: move from whatever OS you are using right now to one that you have the in-house skills to support best.
