Has anyone else experienced that in 10.1.1, when using the Contributor Web Grid the behavior of the default object security seems to be 'none'?
We have users in a test group with no specific object security assigned, everything is null. Within the rights for the approval hierarchy for the application, we've assigned this group to have "review" rights, saved, and deployed. Members of this group can see the application and navigate the hierarchy. However, when the click on a node to open the Contributor web grib they receive an error message indicating they don't have access to any cubes. If we go in and assign their group access within cubesecurity, they get a new error indicating they don't have rights to any dimensions.
Members of the dataadmin and admin group don't experience any of these issues.
Members of the test group can open cubes when using Architect (even before we assigned them access within cubesecurity).
This behavior seems to be exactly the opposite of the previous default security.
We can create a rule on the cubesecurity and dimensionsecurity cubes to assign all groups access to all objects, but I'm hoping I'm just missing a small config somewhere with regards to the Contributor Web piece.
