Drill through in approval hierarchy

I try create a drill through process parent level of the approval hierarchy to leaf level. The idea is that users want look at the summary data and drill to leaf level to make needed changes. As a workaround I made a drill through process from an Application where Business Unit is a normal dimension to Approval application where Business Unit is an approval hierarchy. I am able to see the right leaf level elements in the target application. However I can not commit the changes I made in web grid. In architect everything works like it should be. I noticed in Architect that the process has created a sandbox for my account and my changes have been made there.

My problem is how to commit the changes to base in web.

The other problem is that if I run the drill through process twice, I can see the previous set of Business Units (leaf level items) even the subset is changed according to my changes in the source cube. I checked the subset in architect and it was correct. If I change subset of the dimension temporary and select back the drilled subset, I get the right result.

My problem is how to refresh the subset in web grid.
