Turbointegrator BI package autentication

Hi,
We have TM1 10.1.1. BI is one one machine and TM1 on another.

What can be the problem when in TurboIntegrator the "IBM Cognos Package" "Autentication Namespace" property is blank --> no login --> no data. From Performance Modeler it works ok and also Cognos Insight gets package data. Server is 2008 R2. Most likely i have wrong dispacther/Gateway defined?
