SecurityServiceNotfound in Offline CDD file

Hi TM1 Experts! :D

Trying to ask if anyone has encountered this error. See attached.
This errors happens on a saved Distributed Offline CDD file.

I have checked the PortNumber and the ClientMsgPortNumber, between TM1 servers. And every port number is unique.

Actually this happens on another Active Directory user. But using my own account, it works fine. I am the admin. While the other AD credential that I'm testing on is also an admin in the TM1 native roles and in cognos connection's system administrator group.

We don't have the Cognos BI software package. We just installed the Cognos Connection for Cognos Insight purposes only. But we don't have the BI.

What version of Insight are you trying this with? Have you set up your application server?

Sir Jim, I am using 10.2.

Yes the applications server is set-up. Actually in my own account, it works well. I can open an offline CDD file without the prompted error.
If this is something from the Cognos Connection, where should I begin in there?

Strange, didn't know Cognos Insight support AD.
My understanding is it only support TM1 Standard Security as well as CAM.
