CE Sandboxing Disabled in Citrix?

I think this could be a bug.

We have Cognos Express 10.1 FP1 and Citrix version 6.0 (citrix receiver version 3.4)

We have also applied a read-only clipboard setting on our citrix server for http://www.tm1forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7643

To enable read-only Clipboard Mapping, set the following registry key on each XenApp server.
Open the registry and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\Virtual Clipboard
Create a DWORD value with the value name ReadOnly and value data 1.
Restart the XenApp server.

Just in case this might be related,I don't this so.

In citrix even as an admin the sandbox feature is disabled in excel

It works fine if using Xcelerator locally

I have:

• Added DisableSandboxing=F to my tm1.cfg file and rebooted the server
  Checked UseSandbox setting on the }Capabilites cube (blank for all users)
  Checked the Tm1p.ini files on the citrix server at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Applix\TM1\Tm1p.ini.and C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Applix\TM1\Tm1p.ini.

Anyone come across this before. I don't want to remove the read only setting as this is a prod citrix server but intrested if anyone else is able to get sandoxing and citrix to work together.
