Hi Forum,

Need help!

While exporting web reports TM1 is giving the error 'Export in process. Please wait...
Excel could not open the Xml spreadsheet: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC
Earlier it was working fine!

Please suggest a resolution.

I have tried re-starting TM1 Excel services, re-starting IIS web admin services and changed the security levels in internet explorer as well.

Nothing seems to resolving that export error.

I suggest you search for this error in Microsoft web pages by typing

into your favourite search engine.

It is very a very common error but appears to have a number of possible causes. Perhaps one of them will match your situation and suggest what you can do.
