I have few questions based on Importing Data from SAP cubes (SAP BW) using TurboIntegrator(TI , Version 10.1).

1) Is it feasible to import data from SAP cubes(SAP BW) , using TI (Version 10.1) ?
Since, in the IBM website its written, "The IBM© Cognos© TM1© SAP BW solution has been deprecated".

2) Installing the TM1 Interface to SAP BW.
I am not able to find any pdfs in this topic.
The pdf ( Installation_Guide_SyskoTM1_Release_10A_SP12.pdf (for BW 3.5)) is given the IBM website ,
but the download link is inactive.

The good news:

Yes, you can use the Syskoplan Connector to import data from SAP BW cubes.

Yes, the eAssembly with the SAP BW specific version of the Syskoplan Connector includes a PDF document with detailed installation instructions for the SYSKOTM1 package, the SAP BW component of the Syskoplan Connector.



The bad news:

IBM Cognos stopped to offer and sell the Syskoplan Connector in August 2010, see the IBM web page ->

Software withdrawal: IBM Cognos TM1 Connector for SAP


If your company purchased the Syskoplan Connector prior August 2010, you should be entitled to download it from the IBM Passport Advantage download website.

Look for the eAssembly ->
IBM Cognos TM1 Connector for SAP BW V9.5.0 Windows English eAssembly (CRA7FEN)

or the sub-assemblies ->
IBM Cognos TM1 Connector 10A SP12 for SAP BW 3.5 V10.0.12 Windows English (CZH95EN)
IBM Cognos TM1 Connector for SAP NetWeaver BI 7 70A SP2 V7.0.2 Windows English (CZH96EN)


Note:
If you intend to use the Syskoplan Connector for SAP BW 7.0, the latest version is the IBM Cognos TM1 Connector for SAP NetWeaver BI 7 70A SP7. Contact IBM Cognos SUpport to get it. Of course you will only get it when your company is entitled to use the IBM Cognos TM1 Connector for SAP NetWeaver BI 7 70A SP2.
