Backup & Restore False Error Status

Hi,
We performed a DR test restore when we first went live with Cognos Express 9.5 back in 2011. At the time the ICAS service failed to start and it placed an error message at the bottom of the Backup & Restore screen and also a red cross next to Backup & Restore tab (see attachment).
Since then we have had years of successful backups yet the error remains and the Backup & Restore tab still has the red cross next to it. I have cleared out all logs but I have not been able to find where this message is stored.
Although nothing is broken it’s really annoying. Does anyone know how to remove this message without performing another complete Restore?
