Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way to log when users have accessed a cube even if they haven't changed anything? I understand cube logging will track all changes and transactions, but also accessing/reading?
We are building a planning model that will have a cube containing Salary data which will be restricted to a small number of people. However on top of that - and in addition to the obvious reasons of TM1 being far more secure and less hackable than a spreadsheet, tracked and auditable, security controlled and consistent - I have been asked to find out about whether access control can be applied so we'd know if, say, an Adminstrator has accessed the cube?
I think the wider point here is whether the right level of people have Admin licences (only give me a gun if you trust me to use it safely etc), but nevertheless can access logging be done?
Thanks
Steve
