customer query is not supported in package connector

Hi,
I am getting this TM1 error message while open a TI process that connects SAP.
Error msg: Customer query is not supported in package connector C8 or lower version.
Please let me know What I have to do to resolve this error?

The message isn't the best.
I looked at the code, it looks correct.
The TI process type is "Custom Query" but the version reported by TM1 Package Connector on your TM1 Architect system is not high enough to open them.
Ensure you have a recent TM1 Package Connector installed on the client that supports Custom Query (if you create a new process you should see the "Custom Query" option in the drop-down.)

I've seen this same error message for example if I don't open Architect in "Run as administrator" -mode.
For some reason the error message is referring to customer query where in fact it means that the package connector is not able open CUSTOM query.
Organizations having history with using FM models in Transformer/other C8/C10 components the package connector is really nice piece of software to create TM1 models. Especially after 10.1 with the custom query option.
Unfortunately there seems to be only limited experience with the tool.
