I’ve been experiencing some strangebehavior with the Tm1 configuration parameter AllowReadOnlyChore. We have a group of users that are setup to perform administrative tasks on behalf of the development team. These tasks include being able to run a handful of TI processes as well as turn chores on and off. The weird behavior is that about half of the users in this group are able to turn chores on and off, with the other half having this option disabled. However, all of the users in group can view/run the TI processes, in turn verifying they are indeed in the group I expected. Additionally, this is the only group in the system with access to any TI Processes/Chores.
Given the nature of this behavior and the fact we are on Citrix, this would lead me to believe this is some sort of a client issue (maybe some users are going to one server in the “farm” with others going to a different one). I would guess if it was a client based issue it would be some setting in the ini file, however I don’t see anything that jumps out at me.
Any thoughts?
