Load into Measure Dimension using CSV

Post by Satyabrata »

Hi,

I am new to the TM1 environment and doing a prototype for the demo. I have created a few dimension including the measure dimension.

I am able to load from the .csv file into all the dimension, but my problem is how to load into the measure dimension. I have created the level as Balance, Net Margin etc.

These columns are present in the source file and when I am trying to import into the measure dimension these are automatically considered as dimension and there is no option of making them as measure.

Can anyone let me know the the steps to do that.

Thanks
Satya

Automatically???? I think not. You would have had to tell the TI they are dimensions. Go to the Variables tab and look at the Contents column. Does it say Dimension for the data file columns you are talking about? Change it to Data (using the drop-down) and that should do the trick.
