we got the error while trying to connect to PMPSVC
made all advices by ibm : http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21502002
but still no effect

all work is on the virtualmachine
this copy works on another pc

Hello once again.

I have configured my system, it seems to OK but not enough.
All configuration files are set to http://testpc... (not testpc.localdomain)
If I go to http://testpc/ibmcognos - I can see my applications
When I try to go to http://testpc:9510/pmpsvc it redirects me to

http://testpc/ibmcognos/planning.html?c ... .jsp&ps=[b]http://testpc.localdomain:9510[/b]

Here parameter ps (at the end) is "testpc.localdomain" - but where is it stored?
This redirection shows error "The planning service parameter was not specified..."
If I change manually this part of the link from "testpc.localdomain" to "testpc" - I got the correct page with my application portal.

Files planning.html and ...config.xml are already checked.

The actual machine name used in the URL is defined in External Server URI in TM1 Application Server section of Cognos Configuration.

That should be specified in fpmpsvc_config.xml located under \tm1_64\webapps\pmpsvc\WEB-INF\configuration.
