Can TI write to Consolidation level cell?

Post by jbcraigs »

In contributor, it is possible to manually enter data at a consolidated level cell. Data automatically breaksback to the child elements proportionally.
Can TI be used to write values to a consolidated cell through CELLPUTN or any other function?

Thanks.

The CellPutProportionalSpread works great. But if I try to run it in TM1 Contributor through an action button embedded in Websheet, the function does nothing. If I open the same websheet in Perspective or TM1 Web, the process works fine.

Is there any additional configuration I need to do for it to work in Contributor interface?

Thanks.

I think you would need to be making sure that the TI is running against the appropriate sandbox. My guess would be that the action button is trying to run against Base, but from within Contributor you don't have direct access to it.
