TM1 Forum

Hi,
I can't connect to the remote TM1 server on a new machine.

In the tm1server.log, I get the following error:

ERROR IN LOGGER LAYER:
Cannot load library: sharedmemoryappender.dll
===============================================

I have encountered this error before on the old machine, but one day it just went away and I was able to connect.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

1 - check that the file exists in the <applix installation dir>/bin
2 - add this directory in the PATH environment variable
