TM1 attribute values not showing up in drop down for filter

I have a dimension with several attributes that the user would like to filter on. They are populated properly and when I filter on an attribute, they are available for selection. Trouble is when I go to select which value I want, that drop down is empty. What could cause this?

To clarify, they don't show up when filtering on the cube, I can use them just fine to create subsets.

Your current selection of elements probably doesn't include any where the attribute is the one you want. Try it again after resetting to 'All'.
