Cannot Empty Clipboard

I have been getting the 'Cannot Empty Clipboard' error in 9.4 when either creating an active form, or any time I expand a row in an active form in Excel..
Has anyone else gotten this error or know how to fix?

on which environment?
had this problem on a terminalservice environment pre win2003 sp1 - got a hotfix from ms.. (tm1 version 9.1 or 9.0 i think)

i've had it on a number of occasions on 9.0 but i think it's an Excel / XP issue rather than TM1. I usually reboot my PC and it goes away, have never found a reason for it happening tho.
