The reason is hidden symbols obtained from coping variables list from variables tab.

It's not exactly a bug, and can in fact be quite useful. When you copy the block of variable names each one is separated by a carriage return / line feed combination (as you'd expect, since it's coming off a grid of data, not continuous text). These don't in fact cause line breaks within the TI editing window and, as you've noted, aren't actually visible at all, but if you copy the list and paste it into a more advanced text editing tool (such as Notepad++), you can see them.
However... once you've pasted the list of variable names you can then move to the break between each one by holding down the [Ctrl] key and pressing the [Right Arrow] key. You can then backspace to clear the CR/LF and type the comma in, or delete the variable if you want to replace it with something else. I've gotten so used to doing that that it's almost a "muscle memory" thing.

Alan, thaks for complete reply!
Alan, I can't translate last sentence exactly. What does "that that" mean?
When I pasted it to MS Word - I saw several strings but didn't aplly attention. Anyway that was unexpectedly.

The first "that" referred to the [Ctrl]+[Right Arrow] method.
To paraphrase, though I'm not sure how well this will translate either:
I am so used to using [Ctrl]+[Right Arrow] to move between variables when I copy them from the grid that it has become almost an instinct (инстинктивное? Blame Bing if it's wrong) for me to do so.
