Hi, I have passed my TM1 COG-310 exam with Prometrics in Sydney but is anyone know if they issue any certificate? The test centre in Sydney said the Prometrics US (sounds like they outsource the call center to the Phillipines) will issue the certificate, then the Prometrics US said IBM will, and IBM told me Prometrics is the one.
Since all IBM exams organised by Prometrics, maybe who did any IBM exam with Prometrics could give me a clue?
Other IT certifications (Microsoft, SAP) provide me with certificate so I would expect TM1 does as well. Thanks.

Prometrics will provide the actual score output then I think Prometrics registers your email you provide.You have to log in to IBM website to request for them to send you the PDF copy of the Certificate or you can request the Actual certificate with corresponding fees for it to be sent to you. I'm not quiet sure how to link your Prometrics ID with IBM. But the request is through the IBM Website.
