IBM cognos Express Planner Application 10.1 Could not conne

Hi all,
I have a problem with IBM cognos Express Planner Application.
If I try to connect I get the following error: Could not connect to the TM1 Server.(view the photo)
My Tm1 server is configured correctly, the service is running and the configuration of the Planner is present but by an error of connection.
What can it be?
