Can this be done?

All the IBM docs show this being an option that you select during install. My manager is wanting to set up LDAP but I want to avoid a full reinstall if possible.

Yes it can. The install guide has instructions for how to do this.

You don't need to reinstall. Just a matter of setting the correct parameters in tm1s.cfg
