[SOLVED]User ID and password is invalid: error

Hi,

Need your expertise in helping me resolve this issue.
I have done a fresh installation of TM1 10.1 and when I start the services in IBM Cognos Configuration, I get this below error. Please give me some ideas to resolve this issue incase you have already come across this before. Thanks.
I googled a lot and could not find an answer.

Product : IBM Cognos TM1 version 10.1 on Windows XP 32bit platform

[Validation]
[ ERROR ] CAM-CRP-1064 Unable to process the PKCS #7 data because of an internal error. Unable to request the common symmetric key from the remote content store using the following URI: 'http://localhost:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch'. The error returned from the peer was: ''CAM-CRP-1270 The remote client request to obtain a CSK failed. ''
The parameter named 'User ID and password' located in 'TM1 Application Server' is currently invalid.


I have referred following links with similarities in the error msg :-

SOLUTION : I deleted these files csk,encryptkeypair,signkeypair, cogstartup.xml and restarted the server. This helped me resolve the issue.

What type of authentication namespace is configured?
LDAP? AD?

Its AD.
I also have IBM Cognos 10.1.1 installed on the same single machine. Do you think that might be of any problem?

Perhaps AD configuration is incorrect? Can you attach screenshots of BI portal, as well as IIS setting for cgi-bin please?
