Picklist dynamic

Hi,
I have an requirement like want to make a picklist dynamic.
I have employees in one dimension
Enployee band,join reason, leave reason,start date end,billing ,status etc
Status has a picklist with active and inactive.
The requirement is
When user selects particular employee his status can be active or inactive,For both active and inactive the start date should be blocked,but for inACTIVE the end date should be like month+1 to dec Example for this is
If user selects Feb month the end date should be from march to december.
User can enter the data in any month and end date should be option to select from month+1 to dec.

You can do it by creating a Pick List Control Cube. Then you can write a rule for this control cube as for any other cube to control the content of your pick list. (see also in Developer Guide - 'Develop Pick Lists with Control Cubes')
