Hi,

I'm running 9.5.2, FP1, HF6.

Yesterday I had to re-install the Tm1server app layer and now my slice to Excel, export to excel and .pdf from TM1Web is not working.

Here is the error message.

Operation Failed

System has encountered a problem while handling your request.
Please try again.
If you keep having trouble, please contact your system administrator for assistance.


I found something on permission on tm1webex folders but them seem fine.

Any ideas?

Do a complete uninstall.
Delete the C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Applix folder
Make sure you have installed all the per-requisites for TM1 (like .NEt framework etc)
Install TM1 again

These steps resolve most of the install issues.
