Hi there,
I am new to the TM1 forum and quite new to the developer TM1 scene.
The version I am using is TM1 9.5.2
I managed to create a cube in Architect >>> under Server Explorer but once I click on "Create Cube" button, the message is
"Cube was created, but could not write it to disk -- error code 67"
And when I go back to find the cube that was created, it is not there.
Any suggestion/solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
PS Please let me know if I'm missing any other information since this is my first post here.

Re: New cube created does not appear
I have seen a message similar to this appear with dims when creating them via a TI but never a cube and never when updating through the GUI...
Have a look in your data directory and see if a .cub file exists for your cube... if there is no .cub but there is a .cub$, just try renaming the .cub$ to .cub and bounce the server, hopefully it will appear. If there is no sign of a .cub or .cub$ what happens if you try and create it again or if you try and create it through TI etc.

Re: New cube created does not appear
If you have installed TM1 on server 2008 you may find a problem. If you have installed it in the standard program files directory server 2008 locks that folder structure down and TM1 may not be able to write back to that dimension. (Which may be the reason why it can't create the cube on the hard drive.) To avoid this on server 2008 I move all my data directories out in to a different on the root of a different drive. (Normally IT lock C: drive down.)
I hope that helps,
Jim.

Re: New cube created does not appear
Thanks for the replies declanr & Jim.
I checked the cub$ and also made sure that we weren't on the 2008 server. Also checked my ability to write access. Now it works!
Pretty sure it was one of these things that did it.
Being new to the forum, I was impressed at the speed of the solution replies that I got. Nice to know we newbies have support on this forum.
