Hi TM1 gurus,
I’m having an issue with a cube say AR Cube, I have just created it a few days ago (using TM1 v9.5) and I, as admin, can see all data/values. I set up a default public view and users can see all dimensions and all elements however when browsing the cube regardless on what they select it prompts the “No Values Available” error message.
I have double checked all the security assignments, clients/groups, cubes & dimensions and it is all in line with the user(s) profile, there is practically nothing different when compared to the security set up of other cubes that are working fine. I haven’t even set up a cell security cube or anything like it.
Would you have any idea of why the AR cube doesn’t display the values for the users?
Your help is greatly appreciated..

Re: No values available issue for users
Somehow they may have managed to select nothing in the row or column headers. This might be due to security or maybe even MDX.
If you turn off zero suppression, do they still get the error? If so, then there is either an empty row header subset or an empty column header subset. Just click on them to fix.
If you do get data returned, but it's all zeroes, then you should at least be able to directly compare your view with their view to ensure it is actually the same location in the cube. If that's the case try screenshotting your view and their view and one of us might be able to see what's causing it.

Hi Martin,
Problem solved… Issue was that when setting up the cube, the security of 2 elements in the measures dimension wasn’t set up (for some reason), it should have though…
Appreciate the prompt reply and your help.
Cheers
