Tree Structure Report

All,
I have a client that wants to do all their statutory consolidations in a system (lots of subsidiaries and associates) but don't wish to use a new tool.
I have informed them that I can build what they need in TM1/CX since that will already be in place for their budgeting/forecasting requirements.
The question I have however doesn't span creating the model as I am comfortable with that task, I am more intrigued as to the ability to produce a Company Hierarchy Structure Report such as the Tree Structure Report in Controller.
example of data to be input into a web report:
Company Owner Percentage
B A 100
C A 100
D C 100
E B 25
E C 25
E D 50
Company A is at the top with 2 lines to B and C which in turn have lines going to D and E, D also has a line to E.
As above I can't just export a dimension hierarchy as the structure will need to be more of a web/matrix affair.
Unless I have missed some seriously snazzy part of TM1 I am aware it will need the use of an external tool, so does anyone know of anything where I could export data in a similar format to that above (albeit a much larger csv) and then have a nice matrix style report created at the end of it?
Just to make the question a little bit trickier I am ideally looking for something free/cheap... we all like a challenge don't we?
