Tm1 10 and reset tm1 application settings

I tuned using tm1 applications with Cognos 8 security.
Something happen wrong and I can't connect to Tm1 applications (I input login and password from Cognos 8 security and receive message of error). I want to return to Tm1 security in Tm1 apllication. How can I do it? In which files I can change settings because I can't connect to Tm1 applications?
