Hi All ,

We have a model which is deployed in tm1web. When we check the properties of that excel model from inside tm1 applications --> Excel model-->right click & select properties then we are seeing the following 2 screens.
Tm1web_properties.JPG
Tm1web_properties.JPG (20.28 KiB) Viewed 2878 times
tm1web_properties2.JPG
tm1web_properties2.JPG (35.99 KiB) Viewed 2878 times

Do anyone know how to set these properties ?

Recently we uploaded a new model in applications & when we checked the properties of that model then the file is opening in an excel sheet instead of showing the proerties.

Anybody knows why this happens ? Response is much appreciated !!!

Regards
Anoop

The file is not by chance in .xlsx format but the excel version being used on the web server 2003? Otherwise try restarting IIS and the TM1ExcelService.

I take it that for all the GP_HC_Responsibility Centre dimension references in column C you are using SUBNM formulas to drive display of element names in rows? You should therefore uncheck the "display selector" option for these cells to disable the display of the SUBNM double arrow and the ability to launch subset editor from these cells on the web and change the cell value.

Thanks a lot lotsaram . The file version is .xls . The same version is used in Web server also . I will raise a request to restart the tm1excel services and IIS .

You are right , SUBNM function is used to drive display of RC's. We need to implement the same in our model , but properties of our excel template is not showing up when we select properties.

I would just re-start Excel and Perspectives. I've seen things go flakey before in the applications folders (cube view objects morphing into websheets etc) and a re-start usually does the trick.
