TM1 Forum

Hi,

Looks like IIS 7.5 supports TM1 web only on 64 bit windows and not 32 bit. Can any1 please confirm me this. I am having issue with TM1 Web. I am able to login but not able to see anything in content pane though navigation pane shows me all cubes etc. Should I go for a lower version of IIS ? I am having windows 7.

What browser are you using?

When I first installed 10.1 I was able to use Google Chrome with tm1 web but after installing the patch I got a similar result to what you have described where I was able to log in with Chrome and see the navigation tree but none of my websheets would render and I just got a white pane on the right half of the screen.

However I opened it in Internet Explorer and all is good, Firefox works but with slightly out of proportion gridlines etc.
