TM1 web message 'Fail to navigate to target websheet'

A user of mine is getting this meassage after accessing TM1 web when she clicks on any of the INPUT MENU'S on it.What may be the problem?
'Fail to navigate to target websheet'.

Hi,
If this is the only user affected, then check that they have access to the Applications in }ApplicationSecurity. She can also check by using the sidebar (if it is provided to users) and attempting to navigate through that - if she can't see it, then she doesn't have access.
