- Does your TI process do a security refresh statement? / Do you have a rules-based security setup?
- Can you trace in the respective Control Cubes (}... Security) to see what is going on?
- Does it work for a user with "more" privileges?

Also how did you update the security? Did you write straight to the control cube or did you use ElementSecurityPut?
