Thank you for your reply.
but what i need is top management put in some numbers for lower level and it get transferred to respective version and after that respective version will put in their figures after agreeing or not agreeing on the same which is being provided by top management
so what i need is that we are going to calculate the variance for each of the versions but i need the validation if it is matching or not so after matching data with top management he can submit the data for lower level mangement
my Hierarchy is Top Management -> Circle ->Module ->Network -> Region
Kindly help me in the same
Thanks & Regards

Dear Amit,
Welcome to the forum. May I point you to the request for assistance guidelines

Rather than making people guess what your question is, you will probably have more success if you clearly articulate your issue up front.

You could have three scenarios, mgmt input, user input and variance. Variance would be a consolidation of mgmt input and user input with one of them having a weighting of -1. Variance will tell you which lines are different and by how much.
