Hi all

I've tried to search some info for this TM1 error message: "Log In Failed: SystemServerConnectionCanceled" but found nothing.

Any info on this?

2) Ensure that you specify the component of the software that you're having a problem with. If someone states that they have a problem ... people need to know whether that's in Cube Viewer, Web, EV, the API, or wherever.

4) Similarly if you're getting unexpected results, specifics of what you're running, how, and what results you're getting will yield a more valuable response

Check the parameters in your tm1s.cfg file. PortNumber shouldn't have the same value as ClientMessagePortNumber. Both ports should also be unused by any other application. If these conditions are not met, it can result in a message similar to the one you are quoting.

And I agree with the previous posts - you could have provided more details to help others help you.
