Element Security Assignments - Grayed Out

I'm using TM1 Version 9.4.1 FixPack 3

According to documentation giving a User group Admin access to Dimensions and Dimension Elements, allows them to grant security access to other users for those dimension/elements. In my environment I have granted a group (called TestAdmin) admin access to the Scenario dimension and all the elements in the Scenario dimension.

However, when I login with a user in the TestAdmin group and I right click on the Scenario dimension, the "Security-->Elements Security Assignments" option is grayed out.

Not sure if the documentation is incorrect or if there is something else going on here...I've tried to verify that the group also has write or admin access to all of the underlying control cubes/dimensions. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Just got word from IBM that this is a documentation bug. Only members in one of the native admin groups can change element security assignments.

You have to be a member of the Admin group in order to use the security GUI to give out rights. However, if the user has the rights you specified, they can go directly into the }ElementSecurity cube and make the necessary changes (they'll also have to run a TI process that does a SecurityRefresh in order for the changes to take effect),

Thanks - that's the workaround I put in place. IBM also noted that their documentation is incorrect - we'll see if they actually fix it.
