Unable to open database connection

Hi All,
We have a tm1server where the entire suit of TM1 v9.5.1 (TM1 Admin server, TM1 Web , TM1 Perspectives )is installed on windows 2003 -32 bit machine. We get the source data from oracle which is installed on a different machine. To fetch the source data I had installed ORACLE client on a machine and I configured a DSN with this I am able to fetch the data into TM1 via TI.

I installed TM1 client on my local machine and after conneting to the tm1 server from my local machine I could not execute the same TI process (which I had executed on the server to fetch the data) error message:unable to open database connection.

The TI process when exected on the tm1 server it works fine, but when executed from a local machine it does not work finre.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Maybe worth checking the privileges of the TM1 Service account.
