TM1 Cube link to Excel to TM1WEb

Anyone, Can you pls help me will this problem??

I want to link the TM1 Cube in the excel to TM1 Web, here is the same link below:
https://10.4.134.150/TM1Web/TM1WebMain. ... oRecalc=on

After clicking the link to excel we encounter an error, **** Unable to Open " Link " Cannot download the information you requested.

I'd say you have an error in the hyperlink (you know that already).

Having "TM1Web.1" in the link looks a little weird to me. When TM1 is re installed or upgraded the last version of web is backed up in a .1, .2. etc. directory but this wouldn't normally be the live environment unless you have done some custom IIS configuration.

Also not a good idea to have the admin password (or any password) in plain text in a hyperlink! If user and password arguments are omitted then either the existing logon via web will be hijacked or if the user isn't already connected then an authentication popup will be presented.

i already solve the problem regarding the unable to open "link" cannot download the information you requested by editing the hyperlink and input the same link to address and click ok....but now my problem is when browsing the TM1 Web the "SESSION TIMEOUT..Pls.LOGIN AGAIN....."
Can you help me solving this???? thank you....

If I recall correctly I ran into this error message one due to being unable to write cookies. When running TM1 web in cookieless state (in webconfig) everything worked OK.
