TM1 Perspectives Microsoft Visual Basic Error

When I go to launch TM1 Perspectives for Excel for Excel 2007 I get the following error message:

System Error &H80040111 (-2147221231). ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

After you click Ok you get a Memory Error message. This repeats several times.

I have uninstalled office and reinstalled it. It also happens with every user on the computer not just one. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? It used to work fine, then stopped working one day.

One possibility is that one of these files is missing from your C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder:

* mscomctl.ocx
* mscomct2.ocx
