Dear All,

Need some help....

I want to make a form as attached.

What kind of dimension that I need?
And what should i do when account description doesn't have any account no?
Could I make the form without add any new element in account name dimension?

Could anyone help me?

In essence, what you have with the Account "Description" is a sub-account. Your best solution is going to be to add those sub-accounts to your account dimension and have them children of the accounts they belong to. One other possibility would be to create a separate dimension for them and use zero-suppression to make them show up only in accounts they correspond to but I wouldn't do that unless the sub-account could possibly show up under more than one parent.
