There are things called "product release notes" perhaps you have heard of them? But anyway ...

Have contacted IBM or checked the release notes for the version? Normally IBM have a compatibility matrix. Also release notes normally cover versions etc...

First of all, this information is very easily available online. Honestly, this can be found in under 10 seconds.

Second of all, I thought that "NO" was a clear enough answer from lotsaram. This is not a supported platform for this version of software.

Hi,

dont even think about keeping your customer with 9.0 SP3. You will not get any support after end of Nov this year. So you will have to update to 9.5.2 anyways.
In this case you have to check the "Supported Products" of IBM and not the "Supported Environments" Supported Environments start with 9.4 because all of the older versions are not supported anymore. Sure none of the older once is Supported with Office 2010 ;)

Before asking any further questions like that have a look at the following Link:

http://www-01.ibm.com/software/data/cog ... mercenter/

Here you can find supported environments + supported products + KB and many many more things about Cognos products. You just have to brows around a lil.

I m not sure but is this a partners question? Anyway have fun with the Link
